At Veloura Pets, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
